Candy Sugar Syrup is a byproduct of rock candi.  The syrup is what remains after white beet sugar is boiled and cooled and the resulting rock candi is removed.  The syrup has a more intense flavor and deeper color.  Use 1/4 cup per gallon to contribute color and flavor.
